Dr. Keith Boman is a name synonymous with innovation, compassion, and dedication in both the medical and philanthropic communities in Las Vegas. Born and raised here, he was the first student body president of Ed W Clark High School. It was in high school that he developed an appreciation and love for the performing arts which has carried him to the present.
Over the course of his career, his dedication to philanthropy played a major role in the development of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts for which the Boman Pavillion carries his name. He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Board for The Smith Center.
Along with Charles de Portes, Keith co-founded the Las Vegas Theater Alliance (LVTA) as a non-profit solely to help benefit the “grass roots” theater companies in Clark County and goes by the logo “together we raise the curtain”. Through his life’s work, Dr. Boman has proven that one individual can truly make a difference in countless lives.
Charles was President and co-founder of ESR (www.esr.com) from 2006-2021 then Board Member and Chairman Emeritus of the Capital Committee from 2021-2025. ESR operates across 20 countries globally, raises between USD3-5 billion of private equity per year and manages more than USD150 billion of assets. It is one of the largest real estate managers, developers and investors globally.
Prior to this he was CEO or CIO for multiple investment platforms in Asia.
From 1998 to 2003 he was ProLogis (www.prologis.com) Head of Capital and M&A for both Europe and Asia.
Prior to ProLogis Charles worked with Goldman Sachs Principal Investments group US & Europe.
Charles supervised the creation of multiple investment platforms for Goldman Sachs, ProLogis and ESR including via both organic origination and M&A in: US, France, UK, Spain, Italy,
Japan, Singapore, India, Australia, PRC and S.Korea and has over 30 years of private equity and investment experience.
He serves or is serving on the boards of numerous platforms, including philanthropy, media & entertainment, and biotechnology.
He is a decorated former US Army officer and is currently a guest instructor of leadership and offshore training at the United States Naval Academy.

Phil Silvestri is a life-long supporter of the arts. From the first time he stepped foot onto the stage as Davey Crockett in middle school, through high school musicals, to college a cappella, performing has been a staple of his personal and professional development. In fact, Phil even met his wife, Michelle, performing professionally at a Six Flags where they were partners in a country show.
Phil’s performing life evolved from the stage and into the courtroom after college. As an attorney, Phil has been recognized by numerous legal publications and rankings organizations for his accomplishments as a top litigator. He previously ran his own law firm where he was the most experienced foreclosure mediation advocate in the state of Nevada. After that, Phil was a partner at Greenspoon Marder, an Am-Law 200 firm. And most recently, Phil joined a newly-formed law firm, Blackstone Trial Group, where he uses his performing background s a trial attorney representing the highly-specialized and under-served community of correctional healthcare providers.
Phil wears several hats for LVTA, serving as its treasurer, and providing his unique legal and performance-inspired background to help guide LVTA’s mission of serving the Las Vegas performing arts community.
Tracey L. Corea is a Broadway veteran and multi-hyphenate creative leader with over 30 years of experience as a director, choreographer, and entrepreneur. Her creative leadership is grounded in a career at the highest level of professional theatre, including credits on four Broadway productions: The Who’s Tommy, Aida, Rent, and Dream.
A key member of the original creative team for Disney’s Aida on Broadway, Tracey’s 20-year tenure included overseeing the artistic integrity of 13 international productions, evolving from Associate Choreographer to Associate Director. She also served as Associate Choreographer for six international companies of the Tony Award-winning The Who’s Tommy, a show in which she was also an original Broadway cast member.
Tracey’s creative vision is supported by an extensive background in business and real estate. As the founder and former CEO of the private-label e-commerce brand Carterjett, she managed international logistics and strategic marketing, eventually leading the company to a successful 7-figure exit. A Nevada real estate licensee and active investor, Tracey brings a unique “artist-as-operator” perspective to the board, blending elite artistic standards with savvy business leadership.
Locally, Tracey is an active collaborator within the Las Vegas theatre community. Her directorial and choreography credits include award-winning productions with A Public Fit Theatre Company (Silent Sky, Exit, Pursued by a Bear, Eurydice) and Majestic Repertory Theatre (Cabaret). She has also contributed her talents to The Venetian Resort, Super Summer Theatre, Camp Broadway, and The Smith Center as an active Teaching Artist. Tracey is dedicated to bridging the gap between creative vision and sustainable business practices to ensure a thriving future for all Las Vegas theatre professionals.
Eric Michael Kohn is an entrepreneur, entertainment professional, and longtime Las Vegas resident with more than three decades of experience spanning live performance, theatrical production, entertainment management, and business development.
Originally from San Francisco, Eric began his performing arts training at an early age in dance, theatre, and music, later studying at the prestigious McAteer Performing Arts High School and the American Conservatory Theater (ACT). His early entertainment career included national television appearances, recording work, and live performances across the country, including appearances at the Apollo Theater in New York and productions in Branson, Missouri alongside nationally recognized entertainers.
After relocating to Las Vegas more than 25 years ago, Eric served as entertainment and musical director for venues including the Las Vegas Hilton and O’Sheas Casino. He later co-founded 7th Level Entertainment, a talent and event agency serving corporate and private events throughout Las Vegas.In 2011, Eric and his wife transitioned the company into 7th Level Communications, a successful web design, development, and digital communications firm that they operated until its successful exit in 2023.
Eric brings to LVTA a unique blend of artistic, entrepreneurial, operational, and marketing experience, along with a deep passion for supporting the long-term growth and cultural future of nonprofit theatre and performing arts in Las Vegas.
Paul serves as facilities advisor on the board for Las Vegas Theatre Alliance. As a construction executive in Las Vegas for the past 30 years, Paul has been directly responsible for Las Vegas theatre and performance venues including The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, the Voltaire Theatre at Venetian, and The Beverly Theatre among others. He is connected to the local theatre and performance arts through several professionals with ties to Las Vegas Jazz Studies and Las Vegas Academy.
Paul is Sr Vice President for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in their Las Vegas office.
Michelle St.Angelo is a theater-lover, writer, communications strategist, environmental advocate, and movement instructor living in sunny Las Vegas, NV. A native New Yorker and natural-born seeker, Michelle came to the desert in 2004 where she cultivated an incredibly successful 18-year career of promoting a wide array of world-class entertainment and performing arts clientele. Quickly working her way up to leadership and strategic roles, St. Angelo led openings, stunts, experiential marketing, and ongoing public relations for some of the most recognizable hospitality brands and businesses in the world: Disney Parks, Amazon Treasure Trucks, Station Casinos, AEG Live, Caesars Entertainment, Life is Beautiful Festival, Brookfield Properties, The Venetian Hotel + Casino, Nevada Ballet Theatre, United Way of Southern Nevada, and dozens more.
Her childhood interest in dance and performing arts led Michelle through a storied “backstage” career promoting and advocating for creative and performing arts. She recently honed her lifelong love of theater into an original musical — based on the true stories of Vegas performers — called “The Last Show”. In addition to being a writer-for-hire, Michelle dependably serves as part-time Executive Director for Save Red Rock, is Co-Founder of VENT Dance + Creative Sessions, and works as an independent yoga facilitator with a robust mix of public and private clientele.
St.Angelo graduated with honors and a double degree in English and Psychology from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 2003. She holds an RYT-200 certification through YogaWorks, is a graduate of the esteemed Accomplishment Coaching program, a LEED Fellow, and a volunteer and public servant for environmental issues.
Kelley is the co-founder of Revival Entertainment, trained at steps on Broadway’s Conservatory with an emphasis in Contemporary Ballet. She graduated from the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts as a theatre major. Her performance credits span NBC’s Red Nose Day, stage works in New York City, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Locally has participated in numerous theatre productions around the city as both a performer and choreographer.
Kelley utilizes her skills and background to bring a movement forward, story driven approach to choreography rooted in collaboration and accessibility. Previously served at the Las Vegas Children’s Museum as manager of development events.
She is currently employed as the new Director of Marketing and Admissions for Our Lady Of Las Vegas School. She has a 5 year old daughter, and married to a North Las Vegas Fireman.
